NWA Tractor was a great all around experience. Other tractor dealers took my info and never reached out, and I made it clear it was a cash deal. Not only did they reach out, when I showed up to look at the Massey Ferguson I was interested in they treated my family and I as if we were old friends. All of the staff, sales, mechanic and even the owner and his wife were in on our deal. We settled on a GREAT deal. They put us into a way better tractor than we thought we could afford. Weeks after the purchase their mechanic checks to see how it going and see if we have any questions. The owner and sales dept check with us occasionally.
